I may know a lot about tea, but it's not part of my culture. If you want to try out some authentic masala chai, brew gong-fu style, or make yourself a matcha latte, here are some videos that will show you how to make these teas the right way.

Let's start with masala chai. Chai, the word for tea in many languages, is as diverse as the people who drink it. For every country and for every region, and even varying family to family, there are so many different ways to prepare an authentic chai. This video is just one example. If you are interested in learning more ways to make chai, I encourage you to do a search for more chai and masala chai recipes!

Another wonderful brewing method is the gong-fu brewing style. This is by far the best way to brew a single-origin, high-quality loose-leaf tea. Here's a video from the owner of a wonderful tea company located in Austin, TX.

Matcha is a type of powdered green tea that can be used in so many ways and has incredible health benefits! Here's a video with instructions on how to make a matcha latte.
